Leadership Essentials for Site Supervisors training is delivered by Master Builders Victoria at their world-class Building Leadership Simulation Centre, which is the largest of only three immersive training centres in the world.
This training is like no other and suited to people who would like to learn more about the culture of safety and accountability, and the leadership skills needed to develop a team’s potential in keeping worksites and people safe.
It will put you in a virtual worksite as close to real situations as possible (including with actors) and challenge you to think on the spot through simulated worksite scenarios.

Leadership Essentials for Site Supervisors (valued at $2,635 per person) is fully funded by Solar Victoria and free if you are:
- the owner, director or employee of a business on the Solar Victoria approved supplier list for our Solar Homes or Solar for Business programs; or
- an owner, director or employee of a business who is sub-contracted by a business on our list of authorised retailers.
You may still be eligible to attend the training if you do not meet the above. Please contact us for more details.
